Queens Quay
Situated on the Waterfront Toronto Bayside area, the project is designed to maximise views towards the lake. The facade is clad with illuminating metal panels that reflect the sun and water off of the building and interact with the surroundings, creating an ever changing building.
Suites are designed to maximise views of the lake and downtown Toronto.

Reflective metal panels in white and grey create a movement on the building facade and change with the light and reflection of the sky and water.

The indoor amenity space is located in the podium and includes a board room, social lounge, coworking lounge with coffee bar, study room, massage room, fitness room, yoga room , change rooms, a catering kitchen and the property management office.
