The building is part of a 3 tower development and stands at the central and emblematic corner of Front and Spadina and aims to highlight the importancy and draw the attention to the corner by curving the building and intensifying the density of the metalic metal panels that cascade down the building.

The building is composed of volumes stacked and rotated to achieve maximum views and create varying terraces on the different layers. The vertical panels create shading and privacy for the residents while giving a movement to the facade and highlighting the desired forms and curves of the building.
