This family cottage house in the woodlands of Ontario is a mix of a classic stone and wood cottage with the modern large window walls that create a feeling of outdoor- indoor space in the main living areas.
The house is divided into two levels, the main one for the family and a lower level featuring an apartment with an independent entrace that can be rented out to a second household and a common game room area that can be shared and that flanks off of the large green space of the property.

The ground floor inlcudes a two car garage, a large kitchen and dining area combined with the living room that extend onto a large porch, the master bedroom and office are on the south side of the building while the two other bedrooms and guest bedroom are on the opposite side allowing for privacy of the residents.
