Basic Evaluation
The wishes of the customers are analysed accurately & the spatial & architectural conditions are recorded and documented. Photos & measures are taken for the subsequent project planning. Budget questions are clarified & the timetable queried. After viewing, customers will receive an offer with all listed services including an estimated budget for execution planning & the cost of additional design work.
Design Concept
The design concept includes floor plans, structural and architectural changes, 3 D visualisations, proposed furniture layouts, and a mood board presentation with a comprehensive sampling of materials and fabrics. In this phase, we work closely with our customers & ask for feedback to make sure we'll deliver the best results.
Detailed Planning
The selected furniture, hand-made joiner's furniture and the interior fittings are presented in the form of drawings and 3D visualisations and awarded to the carpenters working for MiarchStudio. The detailed planning also includes the selection and presentation of accessories and artwork. The customers receive a detailed cost statement.
Execution
The schedule is handed over. The execution planning is always supervised step by step in all phases from the assignment of the trades to the realisation of the project. We only work with our selected carpenters so we can ensure high quality in each of our projects and implement our design planning.
